1. Destinations

We deliver to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Caribbean Netherlands, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Italy, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and United States. Product, postcode, carrier, legal, customs, and remote-area exclusions: Service depends on checkout availability, carrier capability, sanctions, product restrictions, and a valid deliverable address.

2. Processing

Normal processing time: normally 1 to 3 business days for this test configuration, subject to verification and product availability. Weekends, public holidays, stock checks, personalisation, pre-orders, fraud review, and other exceptions: Verification, weekends, public holidays, address issues, product restrictions, safety checks, and events outside reasonable control may extend processing. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

3. Delivery options and estimates

Available services, carriers, dispatch origin, estimated range, and any guaranteed date are shown at checkout or in the order confirmation: Available services and estimates are shown at checkout and in the order confirmation; estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated. Unless a different period is agreed, EU consumer rules generally require delivery without undue delay and no later than 30 days after contract conclusion.

4. Charges

Shipping charges, thresholds, surcharges, and expedited options are displayed before order submission. Current rules: Free Standard Shipping is set to 0 for the fixed 35-country test profile; checkout remains the authoritative price before order submission. We do not promise free shipping unless the applicable checkout expressly shows it.

5. Dispatch and tracking

We send dispatch information and a tracking reference when available. Tracking provider, link, activation delay, and support route: Order tracking is provided through the carrier details supplied after dispatch and the public tracking page at https://www.17track.net/en.

6. Delivery and transfer of risk

For consumer orders, risk normally transfers when the consumer or a nominated third party other than the carrier obtains physical possession, subject to the rule that applies if the consumer independently appoints a carrier not offered by us. A scan, safe-place record, or neighbour delivery will be assessed with the actual authorisation and evidence.

7. Address accuracy and changes

Provide a complete address, postcode, recipient name, and any carrier-required telephone or customs information. Request a correction at hello@bagmira.com. After dispatch, redirection may be unavailable. Re-delivery or return-to-sender fees: No fee is charged unless it is lawful, proportionate, and disclosed before purchase; any carrier or re-delivery cost must be confirmed for the order.

8. VAT, customs, and duties

For cross-border orders, the seller must clearly state whether the price includes VAT and whether delivery is DDP, DAP, or another arrangement. Import VAT, duty, brokerage, IOSS/OSS treatment, and responsible payer: Checkout must disclose the applicable VAT, import-duty, brokerage, and responsible-payer treatment before order submission; no undisclosed DDP or DAP promise is made. Undisclosed charges do not remove mandatory cancellation or conformity rights.

9. Delays

Weather, customs, carrier disruption, strikes, public holidays, high volume, safety checks, or events outside reasonable control may delay delivery. We will communicate a material delay. If delivery is late, the consumer may set an appropriate additional period where required; if delivery remains outstanding, or the agreed date was essential, cancellation and refund rights may arise under applicable law.

10. Missing, lost, or damaged parcels

Report a problem to hello@bagmira.com with the order and tracking number, delivery date, description, and available photographs. We may investigate with the carrier, but a carrier's internal process does not suspend a mandatory consumer remedy. Claim procedure and response target: Email hello@bagmira.com with the order number, tracking details, description, and any safe supporting evidence; do not discard damaged packaging until instructions are provided.

11. Split shipments, pre-orders, and partial delivery

Any split shipment, release date, extra charge, or partial-delivery consequence will be disclosed before purchase where applicable. Current rules: Orders may be split only where the customer receives clear status and tracking; no pre-order is accepted without prior timing and cancellation disclosure.

12. Restricted and unsafe transport

Batteries, liquids, aerosols, hazardous materials, fragile goods, and destination-controlled items may have restrictions. Product-specific restrictions: No restricted-product promise is made; carrier, destination, hazardous-goods, sanctions, and product-specific rules must be checked before dispatch. If an accepted order cannot lawfully be shipped, we will explain the cancellation and refund.

13. Returns after delivery

The Refund Policy explains withdrawal, conformity claims, return costs, addresses, and refund timing. Refusing or failing to collect a parcel is not always a valid withdrawal notice; contact hello@bagmira.com clearly.
